HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9076 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.4 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.311 of 2013 of I Town Police Station, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489 (A), (B) and (C) IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave counterfeit currency notes of Rs.1,90,000/- to A1. The petitioner is the native of West Bengal.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. _______________ RAJA ELANGO, J 11th September 2015 Nn
