RADHAKRISHNAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.32067 of 2016 and 31745 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy) The petitioner in both these Writ Petitions is the same. W.P.No.32067 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondents in taking steps to demolish her house in the subject land and W.P.No.31745 of 2017 is filed challenging the action of the respondents in withholding the essential services to her subject property and interfering with her peaceful procession. In view of the orders passed by this Court today in W.A.No.163 of 2019 and batch, no further orders are necessary in Writ Petition No.32067 of 2016. However, there shall be restoration of essential services to the petitioner's subject property in W.P.No.31745 of 2017. The same shall be subject to further orders to be passed by the competent authority pursuant to the direction issued by this Court today in W.A.No.163 of 2019 and batch.

Hence, these Writ Petitions are accordingly closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
