Gajula Sriramulu v. State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON NO.15111 OF 2018
O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioners in this case was to direct the revenue authorities to issue them pattadar pass books/title deeds in relation to certain extents of land in Survey Nos.47, 48 and 49 of Ghazi Nagar Village, Konda Mallepalli Mandal, Nalgonda District. The basis for their claim was stated to be the order dated 28.02.2015 passed by the Tahsildar, Devarakonda Mandal.
While so, respondents 5 to 8 got impleaded in this writ petition and asserted rights over the lands claimed by the petitioners. They placed reliance on the appellate orders dated 26.05.2018 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Devarakonda, in Appeal Case No.B/1341 of 2017 filed by both writ petitioners and Appeal Case No.B/1342/2017 filed by the first writ petitioner, whereby both the appeals were dismissed. In the light of the aforestated facts, Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that liberty may be given to his clients to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to them in law as regards the aforestated appellate orders.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to them in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
