CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.11 of 2017 Dt:19.9.2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against common order, dated 13.10.2016, in O.P.No.272 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. Mrs. N.Anula, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 18.9.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein she has stated that both the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court and that, she is instructed by the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

At the hearing, Mrs. N.Anula, learned counsel, has reiterated the contents of the afore-mentioned letter. In the light of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
