This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the docket order dated 13.04.2018 passed in E.P.No.44 of 2016 in O.S.No.454 of 2015 on the file of XI Additional District Court, Gudivada, Krishna District.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed seeking to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is granted and I.A.No.2 of 2018 is ordered.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
