HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10402 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing orders dated 12.06.2004, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought the 1st respondent to promote the petitioners as Supervisors in the existing vacancies with all consequential benefits. While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion, on the representation submitted by them as per rules, vide orders dated 29.06.2004 in WPMP No.13206 of 2004.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
