\t I I This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.l in the event of his arrest in Crime No.221 of 2027 on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 407,420 and 380 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was already issued and after completion of investigation the police filed charge sheet. Heard learned Assistance Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record. 3.

In the said circumstances, the question of apprehending arrest does not arise. It is for the petitioner to go before the concerned trial Court since the charge sheet is filed.
