HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2740 of 2017 ORDER:
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 22.09.2013, which reads as under: "Notice to respondents before admission returnable in six weeks. Meanwhile, the 1st respondent may do review of the applicant's case for continuation or not, of keeping the applicant under further suspension, as per rules and guidelines, if not already done."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order, dated 22.09.2013, the respondent authorities had considered the case of the petitioner and reinstated the petitioner into service and also stated that during the pendency of the writ petition (TR), the petitioner has retired from service and in view of the same, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition(TR).The learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded the same.
