HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15176 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not taking any action against the respondents 6 to 8 for stopping the development work in the village for constructing a community hall and stitching centres, as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, Gattu Police Station, Jogulamba District, has not received any complaint from the petitioner, as such, no action can be taken. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner addressed complaint to the 2nd respondent.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint to the 3rd respondent and on such complaint being made, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same and take action, in accordance with law. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
