As there was no representation for the revision petitioner on 02.06.2016, the revision was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter today under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the CRP shall also stand dismissed.
