This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not considering the petitioner's application, dated 14.11.2016, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has succeeded the subject property by way of registered Will, after demise of her father. However, some entries are made in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, but online entries are not made. Particularly, her application, dated 14.11.2016, has not been considered yet. 4.

There is no much dispute with regard to the petitioner filing application, dated 14.11.2016, and making a request to incorporate her name in the pahani as occupant and issue pattadar pass book in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.10 guntas in Survey No.106 of Annarpadu Village, Julurupadu Mandal. Since no action has been taken on the application, dated 14.11.2016, the Tahsildar concerned is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 14.11.2016, and dispose of the same. If the original application filed by the petitioner is not available in the record, the Tahsildar

concerned is directed to take a fresh application of the petitioner, examine the same and dispose of in terms of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
