THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27115 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging in action of respondent in not assigning light vehicle duties in view of the serious health problems of the petitioner.

According to petitioner, Ortho Surgeon certified his health problems as per the report of the Superintendent, Gandhi Hospital, Hyderabad and he has performed field duties from 1994-2000, but unfortunately, he developed acute back pain owing to medical problems, therefore, he requested the respondent to assign light vehicle duties, but the respondent authority has not taken any action on his request and therefore, he approached this Court.

2. This Court granted interim direction on 20-01-2004 in WPMP No.34358 of 2003 and it is represented that no further orders are necessary in view of the interim direction dated 20-01-2004.

3. Considering the same, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 20-01-2004. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
