HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION(TR) No. 2757 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition(TR) has been taken up for disposal.

Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Writ Petition(TR) is squarely covered by the order dated 28.11.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Bench of this Court in WP(TR) No.31 of 2019 and the same is not disputed by the learned Spl. Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition(TR) is disposed of; with a direction to respondents authorities to consider the petitioner's case in terms of the order passed in WP (TR) No.31 of 2019, dated 28.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
