This Criminal Revision Case is directed by the petitioners - A.1 and A.2 aggrieved by the Non-bailable Warrants issued on 25.11.2015 in C.C.No.97 of 2015 by the learned I Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1 - State and Sri Katta Lakshmi Prasad, learned counsel for respondent No.2 - complainant and perused the material on record.

This Criminal Revision Case is disposed of before admission directing the petitioners to approach the learned I Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad, by surrendering themselves pursuant to the Non-bailable Warrants issued against them by filing an application under Section 44 r/w. Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C., by executing a self-bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties with due guarantee for future appearance with a further direction to the learned Magistrate to cancel the warrant by obtaining the said Bond, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
