THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4715 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging order in I.A.No.601 of 2012 in O.S.No.109 of 2008 dated 16.08.2012 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tuni, wherein the petitioner filed a petition under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC, which was dismissed by the Trial Court.

Aggrieved by the very same order dated 16.08.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. Now, it is informed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Tuni, that O.S.No. 109 of 2008 was disposed of on 03.05.2015. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
