HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2513 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 25.07.2014, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 17.07.2014 for promotion to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil) forthwith, on par with his juniors vide G.O.Ms.No.54, Home (Ser-I), Department dated 22.02.2014."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the interim order dated 25.07.2014, the respondent authorities had promoted the petitioner to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police and in view of the same no further orders are required in the Writ Petition(TR). Learned Spl. Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents has fairly acceded the same.
