THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.15017 of2015 ORDER:
None appears for the petitioners.
2. This Writ Petition 1S filed to declare the action of l, 2nd respondent in keeping the results of the petitioners, who had taken SSC examination held in March, 2015 through respondent No.5 School under the heading 'Withheld' as being arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and furlher depriving/denying the opportunity of the failed students to take the supplementary ii examination by accepting the fees
3. This Court, by order dated 04-06-2015 passed ln 'li W.P.M.P.No.19482 of 2015 in W.P.No.150t7 of 2015, had granted interim direction to the respondents to release the results of the It t students i.e. by acting on the representation of the 5th respondent School and to receive the fees of the failed students for the supplementary examination.
4. On account ofthe aforesaid interim order passed by this Courl directing the respondent authorities to release the results of the
students incJuding the petitioners by considering the representation submitted by respondent No.5 and also to receive the f-ecs of the failed students for the supplementary examination, and having regard to the 1-act that nearly a decade had passed by since then, this Court is of the view that the relief sought for by the petitioners has been worked by itself on account of interim orders, and no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
