THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29322 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that the 1st respondent has not registered FIR against respondents 3 to 9 pursuant to the complaint dt.21.06.2016 made by the petitioner to the 1st respondent.

The Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 and 2 on instructions states that FIR No.759 of 2016 has been registered on 05.09.2016 by the 1st respondent against respondents 3 to 9 under Sections 406 and 420 read with 34 IPC.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to complete the investigation in the above FIR and file appropriate final report before the competent Court in accordance with law expeditiously. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
