THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7913 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Case No.A/1/2010 issued by the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Wyra, Khammam District under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the present Criminal Petition.

3 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as not pressed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand dismissed.
