wp_3757_2003 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by order dated 27-11-2002 in O.A.No. 15 of 2001 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, the applicant therein filed this Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as in 2003 the petitioner was aged 53 and therefore by efflux of time, he has reached the age of superannuation in 2009. He has further submitted that the dispute pertains to seniority and the petitioner is not in contact with his office probably due to his retirement.
