The petitioners pray for the following relief: "to declare the action of respondents 1 and 2 and their subordinates in attempting to raise compound wall around the house sites plot Nos. 1 to 6 of the petitioners in survey No.33 of Makthal village and Mandal, Mahbubnagar district as arbitrary, illegal and high handed."

2. Respondents filed counter and also a petition to vacate interim order dated 24/9/2012.

3. At the time of hearing, Sri Bajrang Singh Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner, having regard to the averments in the counter-affidavit does not press the writ prayer.

4. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
