CVNR, J & TR, J LAAS.No.9 of 2013 Dated:23.3.2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 25.02.2009, in OP.No.5 of 2005 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both parties have admitted that the issues raised in this appeal are covered by judgment, dated 24.9.2014, in LAAS.No.97 of 2010 & CrossObjections(SR).No.11864 of 2010, whereby this Court has dismissed the said Appeal as well as the Cross-Objections confirming the order of the Reference Court.

For the same reasons as contained in the afore-mentioned judgment, this appeal is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 27.11.2012, in LAASMP.No.1637 of 2012 as modified by order, dated 13.02.2013, in LAASMP.No.1778 of 2012 is vacated and LAAS.MP.Nos.1637 and 1778 of 2012 are dismissed as infructuous.
