HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17620 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in summoning the petitioner frequently to the Police Station and harassing him as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court written instructions, dated 16.8.2019, wherein the allegation of the petitioner that he is being frequently called to Police Station is denied and further, it is stated that a complaint was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.207 of 2019 on the file of Narayanaguda Police Station for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC and in that connection, respondent No.3 tried to apprehend the petitioner by sending the police constables to his house, but till date, the petitioner is absconding.

In view of the aforesaid facts stated in the written instructions, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him against registration of crime against him. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
