THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39647 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer. A show cause notice dt.19-11-2015 has been issued to petitioner alleging that petitioner was indulging in selling of kerosene illegally.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner would submit his explanation thereto and that respondents be directed to complete the enquiry into the allegations against the petitioner expeditiously.

3. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will conclude the enquiry into the allegations against petitioner after receipt of explanation from petitioner, if not already received, on or before 29-02-2016.

4. In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations against petitioner in accordance with A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control Order), 2008 on or before 2902-2016. No costs.

5. If the petitioner has not already submitted his explanation, petitioner is given two (02) weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for submitting his explanation.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
