This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"Issue a writ, order or directions more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in trying to lay the road and to earmark the boundaries to lay the road in the agricultural fields and patta land of the petitioners and interfering in the agricultural patta lands of the petitioners in

Sy.Nos. 574, 578 & 579 of Redlarapaka Village, Valigonda Mandal, Nalgonda District, as arbitrary, illegal against to the letter and spirit of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with the said agricultural fields and the patta lands of the petitioners."

A perusal of the record shows that the list of events in Annexure-I is thoroughly incomplete and that the same is not in conformity with the Writ Rules. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper list of events.
