THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.15215 OF 2018

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 3 to 6 in interfering with the day to day activities of the petitioner - society and in removing the C.C. cameras from its premises, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 6th respondent stating that police never interfered with the day to day activities of the petitioner - society and have also not removed the CC cameras.

Recording the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of. It goes without saying that the police authorities shall not interfere with the lawful activities of the petitioner. However, this order will not preclude the respondents from taking appropriate action in accordance with law in case any offence is committed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. --------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:28-06-2018 AVS
