HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 21871 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners filed this writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in reverting the petitioners by recategorizing their services from Attenders to Shramiks vide proceedings dated 10.11.2004 as illegal and arbitrary and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim stay on 30.11.2004 and in pursuance of the interim orders, the petitioners are working as Attenders. In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. This court is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
