The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dear of Shop No.19 situated at Rajupalem Village, Pedanandipadu Mandal, Guntur District. While so, the Mandal Revenue Inspector, Pedanandipadu-II submitted a report to the third respondent-Tahsildar, Pedanandipadu Mandal who in turn submitted another report on 16.04.2015 to the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur. Based on the said report, the second respondent issued a show cause notice to the petitioner and also suspended his authorization by order dated 22.04.2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. I have carefully perused the charges levelled against the petitioner and they require an enquiry by the second respondent. Therefore, that enquiry process cannot be interdicted by this Court at this stage.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry, pursuant to the show cause notice, dated 22.04.2015, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ______________________________ (A.
