THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.2535 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Ms.P.Sarada, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Sri A.Raghu Kumar, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 23, would agree that, instead of keeping the Writ Petition pending on the file of this Court, it would suffice if the Writ Petition is disposed of in accordance with the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.41120 of 2014 dated 31.12.2014.
Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of modifying the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
