Mr.A.Madhava Rao, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that the petitioner has taken away the bundle from him with no objection vakalat to engage another Advocate. Presently, he is not appearing for petitioner in the matter.

The statement is placed on record. I have perused the writ prayer and it appears that the petitioner has not appointed another Advocate in the plac e of Mr.A.Madhava Rao. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
