14.02.2023 Dr.CSL, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 Basing on the letter addressed by the Judge Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, the matter is placed before this Court. Through orders in Criminal Petition No.5294 of 2019 the trial Court was directed to dispose of the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions in M.C.No.145 of 2009 on merits within a period of six

(6) weeks. The said order was rendered on 29.06.2022. However, on 09.01.2023, the Judge Family Court, addressed a letter for extension of time for three (3) more months. In the said letter, the learned Judge stated that about 32 Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions were filed by both the parties and therefore, the said petitions could not be disposed of within the time granted.

Having considered the said ground, the application is ordered and the time is extended till 28.04.2023.
