Heard Smt. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.

It is represented by both sides that the dispute raised in this Writ Petition has been settled in a Lok Adalat organized by the AP High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court Buildings, Hyderabad, and an Award dt.12-11-2014 has been passed incorporating the terms settled between the parties.

In view of the said fact, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Award. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
