wp_19904_2006 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for certiorari to quash order dated 22-10-2003 in O.A.No. 899 of 2001 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad.

Sri M.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 12-09-2017 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is informed that his client requested him to withdraw the Writ Petition and hence the Writ Petition may be posted for withdrawal before the Court. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the said letter. 3.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
