This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 3rd respondent in not considering the petitioner's complaint dt.16.07.2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.22.08.2019 stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.264 of 2019 was registered under Section 447, 427, 506, r/w.34 IPC, on the file of Sadasivpet Police Station on 20.08.2019.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
