THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15577 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the third respondent, in considering the renewal application, dated 26.08.2017, said to have been filed by the petitioner herein. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and taking into consideration the nature of controversy, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the third respondent to verify the renewal application, dated 26.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
