THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15178 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not passing final orders even after the expiry of more than 90 days of passing of the suspension orders bearing Rc.No.4077/2016-B dated 23.07.2016, as being illegal, arbitrary, unilateral and unconstitutional ........."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, after filing the present Writ Petition, the authorization of the petitioner herein has been restored.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
