HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDARAM WRIT PETITION No.4025 OF 2006 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in filling up of the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) without preparing interese seniority list of the candidates working in Civil Division, Drawing Division and Design Assistant Division. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the grievance of the petitioners is no longer survives as the matter is settled amicably between the petitioners and the respondents.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
