HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.8150 OF 2015 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner Nos.1 to 3-accused Nos.1 to 3 would submit that the de facto complainant-2nd respondent herein has withdrawn the complaint against petitioner No.1-A.1 and the learned XVI-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, holding Full Additional Charge of the XV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, has discharged petitioner No.1-A.1, by order dated 24.01.2017.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the learned XV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.2 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
