This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.414 of 202I of Hayathnagar Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for'the petitioners/A2 and A3, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State and perused the record,
3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/A2 and A3 have not filed a similar bail application before the Court of Session. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to deal with this application by this court. The petitioners/A2 and 43 are at liberty to move a similar bail application before the Court of Session.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
