It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning that the orders, dated 11-09-2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.29696 of 2015 have been complied with and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
