THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.37631 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for records pertaining to impugned proceedings No.02/359(01)/2007-RM:ADB dated 08.10.2016 issued by the first respondent terminating the operation of the bus belonging to the petitioner Private Bus bearing No.AP 01 V 7733 and quash the same.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the agreement period was expired in the month of January, 2017. They further submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
