HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.20750 of 2005 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 02.09.2005 issued by respondent No.1 placing the petitioner under suspension from the post of S.G.B.T. Teacher and this Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the suspension order on 22.09.2005. By virtue of the said interim order, the petitioner was reinstated into service. Therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
