Sarada, learned counsel representing Sri K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that respondents 2 and 3 have taken effective steps and prevented the alleged encroachment made by respondents 4 to 7 in respect of the land in question and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
