Mr. Koluguri Shanthan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for fisheries also submitted that as per the directions of this Court dated 14.11.2022 enquiry has been conducted and unsuitable members have been removed from the society.

In view of the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
