HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 832 OF 2005 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 29.04.2005 passed by the District Judge, Chittoor, in I.A. No.777 of 2003 in O.S. No.8 of 2003.

On verification, it is learnt that the suit in O.S. No.8 of 2003 itself was disposed on 20.03.2007.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
