Lalitha Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter dated 07.12.2016 to the Registry stating that her clients had instructed her to withdraw the appeal as the matter was settled out of Court.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 07.10.2015 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
