ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondent in not accepting the sale deed of the petitioner for registration in favour of the purchaser in respect of Plot Nos.32 to 35, admeasuring 750 square yards, situated in Sy.No.227/1 of Bahadurpally Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the present writ petition is filed. While admitting the writ petition on 5.11.2009, this Court directed the respondent to accept the sale deed of the petitioner for the purpose of registration and if for any reason the document is not registerable, the respondent shall pass reasoned order as per Section 71 of the Registration Act. A counter-affidavit is filed in December, 2009 including the copy of rejection order dated 16.11.2009 giving reasons. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
