THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.17581 OF 2019 ORDER: (per SK,J) The prayer of the petitioner, a BC-D candidate seeking admission into MBBS Course, reads as follows:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not following the procedure contemplated in G.O.Rt No.550, dt.30-07-2001 and G.O.Ms.No.114, dt 05-07-2017 during the counseling and consequently declare the admissions into MBBS courses conducted by the competent authority under the 3rd respondent university as illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable in the eye of law and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to re-conduct the counseling of the MBBS/BDS courses and consider the case of the petitioner according to her merit and reservation and pass such orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' 2.

We had occasion to consider the issue sought to be raised by the petitioner in a batch of cases viz., W.P.Nos.16637, 17285 and 17293 of 2019, in which the judgment was delivered today. The said writ petitions were dismissed, holding that Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, had followed the proper procedure in the II Phase Counselling for filling up the vacant MBBS seats.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated common order dated 19.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.16637 of 2019 & batch and in terms thereof, this writ petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
