NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal Nos.351, 352 and 354 of 2009 Common Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. B. Mahender Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader has filed affidavit dated 16.2.2016 of K. Swarnalatha, Land Acquisition Officer, HMDA, Tarnaka, Hyderabad, stating that the lands involved in these appeals are not required at this juncture. She has given all the details in the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record.

In view of the affidavit filed by K. Swarnalatha, Mr. B. Mahender Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader does not press the appeals. The writ appeals are disposed of as not pressed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
