Both counsel state that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.31.03.2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order and the direction passed therein shall also be taken as direction in favour of the petitioner herein. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
